Prologue: The First Drop
the strong and the weak
the strong
can be compared to the rain
that wets everything
without discrimination
it doesn't matter the condition or the place
and when it becomes prey it is also the predator
it doesn't know pain it has no understanding of equality
it has absolute power
the weak
can be compared to just a tiny drop of water in the palm of a hand
a fragile, small, ephemeral drop of water
unable to help anyone
it cannot even save itself
but it is by no means worthless
from this hand, it falls
inevitably to soak into the ground
just enough to feed [the ground]
a drop of water is a key part of the rain
but a drop of water is much too small for rain
a drop of water's voice, its conscience, cannot get through the rain
and so again, in the palm of my hand, there is a tiny drop of water
it has no power against the rain
but like so many other drops of water, i know its value
so, let it sink in --
this first drop of water
for the sake of my self
